For the last 40 years of my life I have spent my summers in Cooperstown.  I must say I've been blessed.  My fondest memories include my family and me arriving over picturesque Murphy Hill, whether it be for three beautiful months or just a brief weekend.  Anytime in the village thrilled me. Therefore, when my sister, Carol approached me about helping her to introduce Showcase Cooperstown, I was all in!  I have had the pleasure of experiencing all the town has to offer and now I would like to share my enthusiasm with my neighbors, as well as our visitors.

Showcase Cooperstown is all about sharing with, and connecting, our community.  This unique site blends local access and global accessibility in a down home, easy-to-use portal.  I'm an amateur on the computer, so it was imperative to Carol and me that EVERYONE could manage their way around Showcase Cooperstown without feeling overwhelmed.  I think we've accomplished that.

It's our hope to get the word out about all of Cooperstown's resources, both natural and man-made, such as our wonderful craftspeople, artists, musicians, and anyone else who feels they have something special to offer and just don't know how to let the world know.

Further, we've tried to make Showcase Cooperstown an affordable option for those looking to rent their properties or advertise their business.  Affordability is key in our world today, so we've placed great emphasis on offering as many FREE services as possible.
